The Arborum Pathways

Beyond School. Toward a Life of Purpose.

At Arborum Academy, we refuse to believe that a child’s education should end the moment they receive a diploma.

Learning is just the beginning.

The Arborum Pathways is our commitment to walk beside students as they step into adulthood, offering real opportunities, meaningful support, and doors that too often stay closed for young people.

These aren’t “extras.” They’re the heart of what we believe: education should create opportunity, not just memories.

The Pathways is made of three programs: scholarships, internships, and skills-based career support, each designed to give graduates a strong, dignified start in the world.

🎓 Arborum Scholars Award

For the dreamers, the doers, the changemakers.

Every year, select graduates receive up to $100,000 toward higher education ($25,000/year for four years).

It’s competitive, yes, but intentionally so. We want this award to feel earned, respected, and deeply meaningful.

We support fields that build a better world: healthcare, mental health, education, environmental science, public policy, design, business leadership, social impact, global studies, and more.

If it improves lives or strengthens communities, we invest in it.

Why it exists:

College should open doors, not trap students under a mountain of debt.
We want our graduates to step forward with confidence, not financial fear.

💼 Arborum Remote Internship Program

For the students ready to lead right now.

Graduates aged 15+ can step directly into paid internships at Arborum Academy itself, earning $1,500 per month for up to 20 hours a week.

This isn’t “coffee run” work. Students help lead operations, technology, student success, communication, and the inner workings of a living, breathing school.

Many interns eventually step into full-time leadership roles, not because of favoritism, but because they’ve proven their skill, maturity, and impact.

Why it exists:

Young people deserve real responsibility, real mentorship, and real pathways into meaningful work, not vague promises about “future skills.”

🔧 Arborum Skills & Trades Program

For the builders, the creators, the hands-on learners.

Not every student wants to pursue college, and at Arborum, that choice is honored, respected, and supported.

Graduates can receive full or partial funding to attend accredited trade and technical programs in fields like: construction, plumbing, electrical, trucking, cosmetology, barbering, welding, and other high-demand careers.

Why it exists:

Trades are essential. Trades are honorable. Trades build communities.

A student should never feel “less than” for choosing a path with skill, stability, and pride at its center.

🌍 Why This Matters

Most schools prepare students to move on.
We prepare them to move forward.

The Arborum Pathways ensures that every graduate has access to at least one of three powerful futures:

  • Scholarship → higher education, debt reduced
  • Internship → leadership experience, real income, real skills
  • Skills & Trades → certification, opportunity, financial independence

This is what it looks like to invest in students for life, not just for school.

This is Arborum.
